Private practice doesn't have to be a silo.
The Cincinnati Clinical Collective (CCC) is an exclusive, in-person mastermind designed for licensed clinicians who want to elevate their practice, staff complex cases, and step out of the isolation of solo work.
We don't just network; we do deep clinical work.
The CCC provides a confidential, structured environment to navigate difficult client dynamics, conceptualize complex interventions, and offload the inevitable burnout that comes with high-level therapeutic work. To ensure every clinician receives dedicated time and high-quality feedback, the Collective is strictly capped at 8 members.
How It Works
The Clinical "Hot Seat" Format We meet once a month for a focused, 120-minute session. Rather than unstructured venting, the group operates on a rotating schedule to maximize clinical value.
-
The Check-In (20 mins): Open forum to process capacity, secondary trauma, and professional offloading.
-
Case Study 1 (40 mins): A designated member presents a redacted, complex case. Paul and the group workshop clinical interventions, ethical hurdles, and therapeutic blind spots.
-
Case Study 2 (40 mins): A second designated member presents.
-
The Wrap-Up (20 mins): Final clinical takeaways and grounding before returning to practice.
Join the Collective
Because the Collective is capped at 8 members, admission is by application only to ensure a balanced room and prevent any dual-relationship conflicts.
